Physical Therapist-ESCR - Full Time

Conduct initial and re-evaluation Physical Therapy services for children ages 0-21, delivering treatment to 10–12 patients daily. Develop and review patient care plans with the Physiatrist while supervising student interns. Participate in clinical quality assurance initiatives, rehabilitation rounds, and staff conferences, providing patient education through verbal explanation, visual demonstration, or written documentation. Complete required reporting activities including daily therapy notations, progress reports, and splinting assignments. Comply with all ESCR, Inc. policies regarding safety, infection control, and confidentiality. Maintain NYS Physical Therapy licensure and experience in a pediatric clinical environment.
