Job Summary
Deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care for older adults within a single 63-acre campus, focusing on 1:1 direct patient care with no outside travel. Maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life for residents while collaborating with nursing, physicians, and rehab colleagues. Document services accurately and on time, utilizing a dedicated onboarding process and strong documentation support to focus on clinical excellence. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule and continuity of care, ideal for new grads or experienced PTs seeking long-term growth within Erickson Senior Living. Candidates will work alongside an onsite physicians group and access to wellness visits for all employees over 18.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to document services accurately and on time
- Must be able to work in a 1:1 direct patient care setting
- Must be able to work within a predictable weekday schedule
- Must be able to work in a community with no outside travel
- Must be able to work in an environment suitable for new grads or PTs who enjoy continuity of care
- Must be able to work alongside nursing, physicians, and rehab colleagues
- Must be able to help residents maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life
- Must be able to work in a vibrant, on-site campus setting
Desired Qualifications
- Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred
