Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans while focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines to provide comfort and companionship. Deliver a holistic approach supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs across specialty programs including urinary incontinence, vestibular rehab, and home safety assessment. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements. This per diem role offers onsite physician access, interdisciplinary team collaboration, and competitive pay of $55/hour within Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements
- The ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred
- Experience with seniors in home care setting preferred
- Experience with OASIS is a plus
