Job Summary
Deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care for older adults within a single on-site campus. Provide 1:1 direct patient care focused on helping residents maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life while working alongside nursing, physicians, and rehab colleagues. Document services accurately and on time, utilizing an onsite physicians group dedicated to Erickson Senior Living residents. Enjoy a predictable weekday schedule with no outside travel, as all clients reside on the 63-acre campus.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to document services accurately and on time
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred
