Job Summary
Conduct evaluations and deliver personalized treatment across a full continuum of care for older adults within a single on-site campus. Provide 1:1 direct patient care focused on maintaining mobility, independence, and quality of life while collaborating with nursing, physicians, and rehab colleagues. Document services accurately and on time, utilizing an onsite physicians group dedicated to Erickson Senior Living residents. Enjoy a predictable weekday schedule with no outside travel, as all clients reside on the 63-acre campus. Expand clinical expertise with dedicated onboarding and strong documentation support, working alongside an interdisciplinary team to address resident needs throughout their care journey.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to document services accurately and on time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred
