Job Summary
Conduct evaluations and deliver personalized treatment across a full continuum of care for older adults within a single on-site campus. Manage a caseload focused primarily on 1:1 direct patient care, working alongside nursing, physicians, and rehab colleagues to help residents maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life. Document services accurately and on time while expanding clinical expertise with no outside travel required. Start at $38/hour with a predictable weekday schedule and 401k matching up to 3%.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to document services accurately and on time
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred
