Physical Therapist

PRN Physical Therapist providing screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wounds, developing appropriate care plans and delivering rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions in accordance with regulatory and clinical standards. Administers procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of assistive devices, wound care). Provides consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers; generates comprehensive discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
