Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) needed at Oakwood Care & Rehabilitation in Lakewood, CO. Full-time role focusing on screening and evaluating patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans, delivering rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment, administering procedures (manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, assistive devices, wound care), providing consultation to patients/families/caregivers, and generating discharge summaries to ensure regulatory compliance. Requires a Physical Therapy license. Open to new grads; offers opportunities for leadership, collaboration with in-house therapy teams, and a supportive work environment.
