Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with physical and/or cognitive impairments; design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans; collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary care team; monitor progress and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes; maintain clear, professional documentation. Must hold an active Arizona Physical Therapy license (or be license-eligible). New grads welcome with mentorship and growth opportunities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills encouraged; in-house therapy team with a warm, collaborative culture.
