Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist position in Boulder, CO. Responsibilities include screening and evaluating patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing care plans, delivering rehabilitative treatments (including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, ambulation, and use of assistive devices), administering wound care as part of the rehabilitation plan, providing consultation to patients, families, and other providers, and generating comprehensive discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards.
