Provide direct inpatient care to patients requiring physical therapy while supervising treatments, leading assessments, and creating personalized care plans. Build meaningful relationships by addressing patient concerns and understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Celebrate patient victories throughout their rehabilitation journey. Requires current licensure, CPR certification, and a Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with experience. Required Qualifications
