Job Summary
Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients in need, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Participate in a collaborative team environment within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation setting, leveraging well-equipped PT gyms and the latest technology to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and drive patient progress.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience
