Job Summary
Direct inpatient physical therapy to patients, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans. Build meaningful relationships to support holistic recovery across physical, mental, and emotional needs. Work within well-equipped therapy gyms and with updated technology to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. Prioritize patient progress and outcomes, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and pursue ongoing professional development. Licensure per state regulations and CPR certification are required; a Master's Degree is preferred (or Bachelor's with substantial field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
