Job Summary
Deliver inpatient rehabilitation as part of an interdisciplinary team to restore function and mobility. Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and families on continued care. Work within a nationwide network of rehabilitation and home-based care services to provide patient-centered care and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent professional doctoral degree preferred
- inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
- ability to assess and develop individualized treatment plans
- strong communication and教育 skills for patients and families
- collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
