Physical Therapist to deliver inpatient rehabilitation in a hospital setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, assess patient needs, restore function, improve mobility, and educate patients and families on continued care across a nationwide network of rehabilitation and home-based services.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Clinical experience in inpatient rehabilitation (preferred)
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication and patient-family education skills
- Interdisciplinary collaboration experience
- Commitment to patient-centered care
