Direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy; supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans; address patient concerns and build meaningful relationships to support recovery; collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality rehabilitation and view patient progress as a meaningful measure of success; strong emphasis on compassionate care, utilization of evidence-based approaches, and a commitment to professional growth within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience
