Physical Therapist

Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy focusing on functional mobility, strength, and independence. Perform gait and balance training, therapeutic exercises, and ongoing patient and family education to support recovery from illness, injury, or surgery. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
