Job Summary
Deliver outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with individualized, evidence-based care plans and outcomes-driven treatment. Collaborate within a values-driven, team-oriented clinic to help patients achieve functional goals, including post-operative rehabilitation and mobility improvements. Leverage residency/fellowship options, ongoing mentorship, and Upstream’s education programs to grow clinically, professionally, andtoward clinic ownership opportunities. Provide patient education, participate in ongoing professional development, and support a positive patient experience in a multi-clinic national network.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active MS Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
