Job Summary
Provides physical therapy-based services to assigned caseload in various school settings (PT gym, community, playground, home, and therapeutic pool) aligned with students’ therapy goals and IEPs; develops and implements safe, objective-driven interventions; monitors and documents progress; collaborates with parents, school staff, and medical professionals; may provide orthotics/DMEs and training to staff; ensures regulatory compliance and quality documentation; requires NYSED PT license and strong interpersonal/organizational skills; preferred Doctorate in Physical Therapy and pediatric experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license and current registration as a Physical Therapist issued by the NYS Department of Education (NYSED)
