Physical Therapist- Early Intervention

Job Summary
Provide home-based family-focused early intervention and developmental services to assigned infants and toddlers and their families across North Dakota. Deliver programs on a regional basis while maintaining active licensure in your specific discipline. Manage local travel requirements and coordinate care for families with developmental disabilities or delays. This role supports the organization's 80-year mission of making independence a gift through innovative therapies and assistive technologies. Eligible candidates receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus, with weekly hours ranging from 24 to 40 in a part-time or full-time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in early education, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Registered Nursing, Social Work, Special Education, or Speech Therapy
- Program emphasis on early childhood special needs training or practicum
- Active North Dakota licensure in individual discipline or area of study
- Valid North Dakota driver's license
- Local travel required
- Employment with the Anne Carlsen Center is contingent upon passing our mandatory drug test
- Employment with the Anne Carlsen Center is contingent upon passing our background checks
- Employment with the Anne Carlsen Center is contingent upon I-9 document verification
- Compliance to our mandatory flu policy
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or Doctorate in required
- Prior experience in Early Intervention programming
- Prior experience in special education, early childhood development or developmental disabilities
