Job Summary
Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients and deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Collaborate with a values-driven team, build lasting connections with patients and local providers, and continue learning and growing through Upstream’s education and development programs. Eligible candidates include new grads; supports a full range of statuses (full-time, part-time, PRN) with competitive pay between $78,000 and $95,000 plus bonuses and robust benefits. Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent) with an active Pennsylvania PT license (or eligible).
