Job Summary
Physical Therapist to provide outpatient orthopedic care across a network of Upstream Rehabilitation clinics. Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans, deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy, and collaborate with a supportive, values-driven team. Opportunities include mentorship, in-house Residency/Fellowship programs, and growth toward ownership/partnership. Roles available as full-time, part-time, or PRN; new grads welcome. Requires DPT (or equivalent) and PA license (or eligibility). Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
