Job Summary
Deliver outpatient orthopedic physical therapy by developing individualized, evidence-based care plans and providing high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy. Collaborate with peers in a values-driven team environment, build lasting connections with patients and local providers, and participate in Upstream’s education and development programs. Opportunity for ongoing mentorship, in-house Residency/Fellowship programs, CEU opportunities, and a path to clinic ownership/partnership. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active MD Physical Therapist license (or eligible) (must include state here for Indeed to pull that qualifier in)
