Evaluate and treat residents in an assisted living community, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team while maintaining accurate, timely documentation in the EMR. This role offers a flexible PRN schedule where therapists choose assignments to fit availability, providing outpatient therapy in one convenient location without driving between homes. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license
