Physical Therapist DPT/MPT - Sign On Bonus

Perform thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnoses, goals, and evidence-based practices. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and strategies to enhance recovery. Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Document patient progress accurately in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards. Stay informed on advancements in physical therapy techniques and integrate them into patient care as appropriate. Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment, adhering to all clinic policies and procedures. This full-time role includes a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, a CEU stipend, and generous PTO at Vero Orthopaedics, a leading provider of orthopedic care and rehabilitation services in Vero Beach, Florida.
