Job Summary
Lead a Middletown outpatient physical therapy clinic as Physical Therapist Director, a full-time leadership role that combines patient care with clinic leadership. Responsibilities include evaluating patients and identifying functional goals, creating and updating treatment plans, providing direct therapy for injury/pain/post-surgical/mobility needs, leading the clinical team through daily care priorities, supporting therapists and staff with patient care planning, reviewing notes and discharge documentation, managing workflow and clinic organization, and maintaining clear communication with physicians, referral sources, patients, and families. Requires a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and an active Virginia PT license or eligibility to obtain one; outpatient therapy experience and relevant leadership/management experience are preferred. Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills and the ability to lead with clear direction are essential.
Required Qualifications
