Job Summary
Lead outpatient physical therapy services in a high-impact clinic setting in Strasburg, VA, managing evaluations, patient-specific treatment goals, and supervision of clinical staff while ensuring compliance with licensing and payer requirements. Balance direct patient care with leadership duties, drive patient flow and clinic efficiency, review documentation and plans of care, and contribute to a collaborative, standards-driven treatment program for injuries, post-operative recovery, pain, weakness, and movement concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of treatment planning and clinical documentation
