Job Summary
Lead an outpatient physical therapy office and provide direct patient care in a Physical Therapist Director role. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans based on clinical findings, delivering hands-on therapy, guiding the clinical team through daily patient-care priorities, reviewing documentation for quality and timeliness, managing patient flow, scheduling coordination, and care transitions, and maintaining compliance with clinic, payer, and regulatory requirements. Requires a degree in Physical Therapy, an active Virginia PT license (or eligibility), and outpatient PT experience; leadership/clinic-management experience is preferred. The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm schedule and includes benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and a 401K with company match.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of treatment planning and clinical documentation
