Job Summary
Develop personalized plans of care for diverse patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses while objectively measuring outcomes using cutting-edge software. Deliver telehealth visits and perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring services, including interactive communication and treatment plan development. Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and discharge notes while serving as a liaison between in-clinic providers and the Director of Digital Health. Support operations to optimize remote services, communicate with treating clinicians for treatment revisions, and maintain regional service metrics reporting. Participate in program development and marketing efforts to grow digital health offerings. Requires Florida PT licensure, bilingual English/Spanish fluency, and 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in Tampa, FL
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in process)
- Bilingual English/Spanish Required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (outpatient)
- Must also be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states
- Fluent in English/Spanish Required
