Job Summary
Hybrid, outpatient Physical Therapist role focusing on Digital Health Specialist duties. Delivers telehealth visits and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), develops personalized care plans for patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions, and serves as a liaison between in-clinic treating providers and digital health initiatives. Requires CAPTE-approved PT program diploma, Florida PT license (or in process), minimum 2 years outpatient experience, and bilingual English/Spanish capability. Responsible for measuring patient outcomes using advanced software, documenting evaluations and treatment notes, and supporting operations to grow remote services; participates in program development and marketing as directed by the Director of Digital Health. Remote components include telehealth and digital health services; hybrid schedule includes 3 days in clinic in Tampa and 2 days remote. Potential relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in process)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (outpatient)
- Bilingual English/Spanish Required
