Job Summary
Hybrid Physical Therapist & Digital Health Specialist (Outpatient) in Tampa, FL. Split: 3 days in clinic delivering orthopedic/neuromuscular care and 2 days delivering telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring; acts as a liaison between patients and in-clinic providers and helps grow CORA’s digital health program. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, documenting evaluations and discharge notes, delivering telehealth visits and RTM services, measuring and reporting outcomes, collaborating with the Director of Digital Health, and supporting program development and marketing efforts. Must have a CAPTE-approved PT program diploma, Florida license (or in process), be bilingual (English/Spanish), and have at least 2 years of outpatient clinical experience; licensure willingness to obtain in other states. Potential relocation assistance. Fluent in English/Spanish and capable of delivering digital-health-enabled care.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Florida PT state license (or in process)
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (outpatient)
- Experience providing digital health services preferred
