Hybrid Physical Therapist – Digital Health Specialist in outpatient care. Deliver digital health services including telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring, develop and support the digital health program, and serve as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. Responsibilities include creating personalized plans of care for a diverse orthopedic/neurologic patient population, objectively measuring outcomes with software, documenting evaluations and treatments, delivering telehealth/RTM services, supporting operations to scale digital services, communicating with treating clinicians for revisions, and collaborating with the Director of Digital Health to optimize remote services. Requires licensure in Florida (or in process), willingness to obtain licensure in other states, bilingual English/Spanish, and at least 2 years of outpatient experience; digital health experience preferred. Location is Tampa, FL with a hybrid work arrangement including 3 days in clinic and 2 days remote.
