Job Summary
Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for diverse patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses using cutting-edge software. Objectively measure patient outcomes and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and discharge notes. Perform telehealth visits and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, including interactive communication and monitoring via digital platforms. Serve as a liaison between patients, in-clinic providers, and the Director of Digital Health to optimize remote services. Maintain regional service metrics and participate in program development and marketing efforts. Work 3 days in our Tampa clinic and 2 days remotely as a Digital Health Specialist. Fluent in English and Spanish required with a minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in Tampa, FL
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in process)
- Bilingual English/Spanish Required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (outpatient)
- Must also be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states
- Fluent in English/Spanish Required
