Job Summary
Hybrid full-time Physical Therapist and Digital Health Specialist in outpatient, 3 days in clinic in Riverview, FL and 2 days remote. Responsibilities include delivering telehealth and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring, developing and delivering personalized plans of care for diverse orthopedic and neurologic populations, documenting evaluations and treatment notes, using digital platforms for telehealth visits, liaising with in-clinic treating providers and the Director of Digital Health, analyzing regional service metrics, and participating in program development and marketing efforts for the digital health initiative. Requires CAPTE-approved PT program diploma, Florida license (or in process), minimum 2 years outpatient experience, and willingness to obtain licensure in other states; experience with digital health is preferred. Potential relocation assistance offered.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Florida Physical Therapy license (or in process)
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience
- Experience providing digital health services preferred
- Willingness to obtain licensure in other states
