Job Summary
Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for diverse patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses using cutting-edge software. Perform telehealth visits and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, including interactive communication and outcome measurement. Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and discharge notes while serving as a liaison between in-clinic providers and the Director of Digital Health. Participate in digital health program development, marketing efforts, and regional service metrics reporting. Work 3 days in our Tampa clinic and 2 days remotely as a bilingual Digital Health Specialist.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in Tampa, FL
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in process)
- Bilingual English/Spanish Required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (outpatient)
- Must also be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states
- Fluent in English/Spanish Required

- Experience providing digital health services preferred
