Job Summary
Hybrid Physical Therapist role focusing on outpatient care and digital health. Responsibilities include developing and delivering personalized care plans for patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, documenting evaluations and treatments, delivering telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) services, and collaborating with in-clinic providers and the Director of Digital Health to grow remote services. The role uses digital platforms to measure patient outcomes, supports operations to deliver digital services, and participates in program development and marketing efforts. Must be located in Tampa, FL (clinic 3 days/week) with 2 remote days/year, hold a Florida PT license (or be in process), and be fluent in English/Spanish. Requires at least 2 years of outpatient clinical experience and experience with digital health services is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in process)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant outpatient clinical experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Experience providing digital health services preferred
