Job Summary
Hybrid Physical Therapist role in outpatient setting focusing on orthopedic and neurologic conditions, delivering digital health services including telehealth and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring, developing and delivering personalized plans of care, documenting evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes, using a digital platform for telehealth/RTM, collaborating with operations to scale remote services, and participating in program development and regional service metrics and marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in process)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (Outpatient)
- Experience providing digital health services preferred
