Job Summary
Physical Therapist to join CORA Physical Therapy as a Digital Health Specialist in a hybrid outpatient role. Responsibilities include delivering physical therapy treatments in-clinic and via telehealth, implementing and expanding digital health services including remote therapeutic monitoring, developing personalized care plans for diverse orthopedic and neurologic patients, objectively measuring outcomes with digital software, documenting evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes, delivering telehealth and RTM services, and collaborating with the Director of Digital Health to grow remote services and analyze regional metrics. Requires CAPTE-approved PT program diploma and Florida licensure (or in process), at least 2 years outpatient experience, and willingness to obtain licensure in other states. Role emphasizes liaison between patients and treating providers, program development, and potential relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in process)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (outpatient)
- Experience providing digital health services preferred
