Job Summary
Physical Therapist in a Hybrid role delivering in-clinic and telehealth services as a Digital Health Specialist. Responsibilities include developing and delivering individualized care plans for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, objectively measuring outcomes with software, documenting evaluations and treatments, delivering telehealth visits and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring, supporting digital health operations, communicating revisions with primary treating clinicians, and helping grow remote services through collaboration with the Director of Digital Health. Must be licensed in any compact state (or in process) and willing to obtain licensure in additional states; CAPTE-approved PT program diploma required. Remote-friendly duties include digital health program development, liaison activities between patients and in-clinic providers, and data analysis of regional service metrics.ptions
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (or in process)
- Digital/telehealth experience preferred
