Job Summary
Provide direct inpatient physical therapy care to patients in need, supervising treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and building meaningful relationships to support recovery within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey, leveraging a well-equipped PT gym and the latest technology to optimize outcomes. Roles involve direct patient care, care planning, and ongoing professional development in a nationally recognized rehabilitation system, with benefits including medical/dental/vision coverage, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) and stock purchase plans, and flexible spending accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience
