Job Summary
Treat infants to reshape head shapes using the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell® in a pediatric outpatient setting. Evaluate patients for plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, developing relationships with families throughout the treatment process. Utilize background knowledge of symmetry, cervical anatomy, and infant development to deliver visible, measurable changes within two to three weeks. Work a traditional week with no nights and minimal weekend coverage, supported by a formal training program and direct patient care with minimal paperwork.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed PT
- 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices (e.g. splints, braces, maternity belts)
