Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized plans of care incorporating manual therapy, neuromuscular training, and functional rehabilitation for orthopedic, sports medicine, vestibular, and musculoskeletal diagnoses. Collaborate with support staff and specialists to provide seamless, team-based care while fostering patient well-being through tailored fitness and wellness programs. Document patient progress using Prompt and engage in professional development through educational programs, workshops, and in-service meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
  • Licensed or eligible for state licensure
