Physical Therapist - Cottonwood

Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and implement treatments for infants, children, adolescents, and seniors while evaluating progress and revising goals. Delegate selected treatment to supportive personnel with continuing supervision and participate in patient care conferences to review progress and discharge plans. Document all sessions, learning needs, and responses to treatment per department policy, and respond promptly to new orders. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, report safety incidents through the Midas/RDE tool, and attend 75% of monthly department meetings. This role offers guaranteed one-on-one treatment time and collaboration with physicians and other disciplines at Verde Valley Medical Center, a rural 87-bed hospital serving Norther Arizona.
