Job Summary
Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy to diverse orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions. Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and progress individualized treatment plans, deliver hands-on interventions and therapeutic exercise, and educate patients and families to promote long-term function and independence. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document accurately in our EMR, and participate in case conferences, mentorship, and continuing education.
