Physical Therapist

Conduct patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and perform therapeutic exercises to restore mobility and function. Provide hands-on care including manual therapy, gait training, and assistive device instruction. Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions as needed, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve rehabilitation goals.
