Job Summary
Provide inclusive, hands-on care in outpatient clinics as a Physical Therapist (PT). Evaluate patients and develop personalized plans of care, leverage EMR and outcome data to guide clinical decisions, clearly document evaluations and treatments, and collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Clinical collaboration and mentoring
- Residency program or clinical ladder interest (preferred)
- CEU participation or stipend familiarity
