Job Summary
Provide inclusive, hands-on care in outpatient clinics by evaluating patients and developing personalized plans of care. Leverage tech tools and outcome data to guide clinical decisions while clearly documenting evaluations and treatments. Collaborate with teammates to grow clinic culture and skills. Requires a CAPTE-accredited degree and PT licensure or eligibility. Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
