Job Summary
Provide inclusive, hands-on patient care in outpatient clinics while evaluating individuals and developing personalized plans of care. Leverage technology tools and outcome data to guide clinical decisions, then clearly and efficiently document all evaluations and treatments. Collaborate with teammates to foster clinic culture and grow clinical skills. Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
