Physical Therapist

Evaluate patients, develop and progress individualized treatment plans, and deliver manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to restore function, mobility, and quality of life. Document care in the EMR while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, educating patients and families, and participating in continuing education, mentorship, and clinical growth opportunities within a supportive, community-focused culture.
