Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based outpatient rehab services as a Physical Therapist for orthopedic, sports, and neurologic patients. Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload, develop individualized care plans, document progress using EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to clinical programs that restore function, mobility, and quality of life. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required by state licensure
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida or eligibility for licensure
- Experience with outpatient rehabilitation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in EMR documentation
